I always get a great haircut from Matt that is easy to look after and maintain. Just as important I have a great time chatting to Matt about pop culture especially games and films.

I have been seeing Bree at Sfumato for a few years now and every time I leave I’m always ecstatic with the service she provides. Her customer service and knowledge of hair goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. I work in customer service myself and to be treated so professionally is something that is very hard to find. I can’t thank her enough for the positive experiences I have had with her, and she makes getting my hair done a treat not a nervous experience as I know she will get it right every time ! I have recently moved interstate and I will continue to fly back to get my hair done with her and she is an asset to your business !!

Having recently move to Hobart and knowing I would be paying Sydney prices, I didn't expect to be limited to tea/coffee on a Friday evening and nor did I expect the salon to decline my request for what I wanted done to my hair (chemical straightening) because of some lame excuse of a couple of experiences in the 90's and claiming they didn't have the chemicals in stock to do the work. While the staff were friendly and the cut was done well: for an overall experience, would I recommend this salon - no! Will I be going back - no! No second chances for a first impression. Now to unsubscribe....
