had another good experience today had a normal no frills haircut with chloe who did what i wanted except for washing the hairs away but most of it was gone so it didnt really matter honestly cant imagine going anywhere else while things are the way they are now

I was happy with the service, but not happy that the pricing was not made clear to be before hand. I expect it to be poined out if something is going to cost more than the written price - luckily I chose asked to have my hair dried(due to my lack of time) and later discoverd that would have cost more again, but it was about to be done automatically.

I don't like being kept waiting for 30 minutes which has happened my past two visits and I think that all hairdressers should learn that a lot of people don't like to have their temple area massaged. otherwise excellent service thanks

I am a fairly new customer to your business. The first time I had a cut and was more than pleased with every aspect of my experience. More recently I came in for a colour, and while I am happy with the colour itself, I feel certain aspects of the service could do with some attention. Firstly, the young man who rinsed me asked did I want a head massage as well. I told him "no thanks", and he then did it anyway, and then proceeded to ask me did I like it?! I was then blow-dried by someone else, a very nice person, but she spent all of one minute doing it. I felt as though I couldn't be shunted out the door any faster. On the positive side, your personnel are very polite and friendly, and the refreshments are more than welcome.

I really like the salon however I find it quite alot more expensive compared to other salons and for that reason my visits won't be as frequent as I'd like. However the cuts and colour were great I just find it a little on the exy side compared to other popular salons like yours.
