Took way too long. Wasn't happy with the result, couldn't fix as I ran out of time and had to run to my car before the car park closed. Looked nothing like the picture, ridiculous price to pay for the outcome. Even the stylist said to me "I'd be very concerned if this took two hours, you'll be out way before 5!" Well guess what - it took 2 hours and required more time had I not had to be at my car at 5. Canceling my other appointments, sick of running late.

I had a fantastic haircut that was worth every cent . But I can't really justify the fact colour prices. It's more than I would pay in a bnb. So as much as I enjoyed it and the final product was great, I can't afford it again

Have not decided how to refer the salon yet.. was disappointed with the hair wash. Very pleasant atmosphere. Was happy with the effort of the hair stylist. It’s difficult to assess accurately upon first visit

I know you pay for what you get - and I did get great treatment at Sfumato - always do. But there is no amount of great treatment or great result that can warrant me paying what I was charged this last time. Very disappointed as I just cannot justify spending this much and although I'd love to continue to come back and recommend Sfumato, it is very unlikely as I just can't afford to spend this much :(

I am always very disappointed with my style dry. If I'm paying extra for the blowdry styling I expect it to look better than what I can do myself! I always ask for a 'big' blow wave but it always comes out very flat. In fact I can't really tell the difference between the style dry I pay for and just the dry off I get for free! Otherwise very happy. Love my colour. Love your friendly staff. Today I got a lovely head massage when I got a treatment. Nice. The photo was taken only one hour after I left the salon and as you can see a bit flat ?? This is really a complaint about the $$$ side of things. If that blow dry was included in my cloud price I would be happy but as I pay extra.... Well as I said I expect more, so sorry to say... Cause otherwise I'm a happy costumer . My hair is lovely and healthy and shiny. So thanks
