My experience at Sfumato Hair was simply amazing. Visiting from Sydney to see family, my Mum recommended her head honcho hairdresser Wayne. Judging from her hairdo transformation, I eagerly booked in. In consultation with Wayne, he was able to gauge what look I was after. With diplomacy, a little humour and much professionalism, he went ahead and chopped off all of my long hair into one of the best haircuts I have had in years. I got my 'cool' back! Being an extremely busy salon, I negotiated another appointment to have my colour re-vamped a few days later. Arriving at this beautiful salon, I was made to feel special with great coffee, massage seating and was attended to like a queen. Not only did the colour artist look after me, she took painstaking measures to be precise in her application of colour and as well as adding 'punchy' foils. Wayne kept popping by to check in on my progress. Every team member was genuinely polite, friendly and kept checking in on my well-being throughout the lengthy developing time. More great coffee was offered whilst the salon was a hive of artistic activity. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and appreciated their expertise, the time and the care that I was given. I wholeheartedly recommend Sfumato Hair, Wayne and his team. As the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", I had to hold onto the reception desk when given the bill but hey, I now feel worth it! A massive thank you and will be sure to book into Sfumato Hair when next in Tasmania.
