I had my second visit to your salon this week. As far as I was aware, my service was no different to the one performed on my first visit - full head foils on medium length hair. My first visit cost me $124, my second visit cost me $206!!! I am baffled if I can work out what the $82 difference was.

I got a gift card in the mail on my birthday offering a discount on a future appointment. My birthday is not a commercialisation opportunity. I don't like this approach at all.

Hi, I have been coming to Sfumato for around 8 and today (for the first time ever) I accidentally left my purse in the car. I was advised by staff that I had to leave something of value behind in order to leave the salon and grab my purse. I understand that people do the wrong thing at times but I think this directive is unfair to loyal customers and makes you feel like a thief!!! It does not promote a sense of valuing customers. I think the ill will such a request creates, overrides your potential loss of $120 (today). Normally I spend $200 plus every 6 -8 weeks!! Regards, Tracey

overall I am usually happy with my hair, but the cost is getting a little high and due to this reason I may have to go to a different salon, this last time I had my hair done I was charged $78 for a total of 4 foils which I found to be very overpriced :(
