All of the staff members that I interacted with were polite, helpful and friendly. I enjoy the conversation with my stylist who talks me through a range of options and is always willing to explain in detail before we arrive at a decision.

Having my hair done is not my favourite experience because I'm not fond of sitting still for so long ( my problem not the salon's) But I have complete faith in my hairdresser, Bree, as she is lovely and helpful and always does exactly what I ask for. The only thing I really have a problem with are the basins - they are soooo painful on the neck. But once again I find this everywhere, I just wish they could invent a wash basin that didn't put so much pressure on the neck. Overall, I cannot fault Sfumato and I will continue to go there for as long as you have wonderful practitioners such as Bree ... Oh and also the front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming too.

The staff at Sufamato are all very nice people. Sometimes I have not always felt that thought is given and advice given as to what would best suite me as a hair style. I know a lot of people have very clear views about what they want and that advice isnt always wanted. I often see hair cuts that I would like but when I try to get it it doesnt seem to happen. Wayne descibed what I wanted the first time I had him cut my hair - and talked about a 6 month plan which sounded exactly what I was after - I felt very happy and confident for the first time ever! However, the second time he cut my hair he seemed to have forgotten about the plan (he asked me what I wanted) - maybe this should have been documented because obviously one would not have a hope of remembering when you see so may people. Just a suggestion. I know you are very busy and it is a difficult thing to do.

As always, Wayne cut my hair beautifully and offered some good advice with a couple of minor problems I was having with it. Have noticed the prices have gone up though and do feel that although I am very satisfied with my hair, it is getting expensive to maintain. Perhaps a fidelity program would help?

Really enjoy the place and the staff, they actually recognize me when I walk in the door which is amazing because I don't go all that often. I like the quality of the equipment and the very experienced staff. Everyone thought my hair looked great. The coffee and chocolate are a nice treat too. Thanks

Whilst the fees are probably standard for most fashionable establishments it is top dollar as far as what I can afford. But I do enjoy my visits and am very happy with the expertise of all staff I have encountered
