The staff at Sufmato are all friendly and work hard. Bree is my hairdresser and she is the only one overtime that really looks after my hair and as a result my hair is much better for it. If there is a negative comment it would be the cost (i have referred you to may of my friends but most of them wont come in as they cant afford it) and being able to get an appointment is another barrier, but quality is not cheap and you get what you pay for.

All of the staff members that I interacted with were polite, helpful and friendly. I enjoy the conversation with my stylist who talks me through a range of options and is always willing to explain in detail before we arrive at a decision.

Having my hair done is not my favourite experience because I'm not fond of sitting still for so long ( my problem not the salon's) But I have complete faith in my hairdresser, Bree, as she is lovely and helpful and always does exactly what I ask for. The only thing I really have a problem with are the basins - they are soooo painful on the neck. But once again I find this everywhere, I just wish they could invent a wash basin that didn't put so much pressure on the neck. Overall, I cannot fault Sfumato and I will continue to go there for as long as you have wonderful practitioners such as Bree ... Oh and also the front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming too.
