Coffee on arrival, no chemical smells- as dye done in separate area, lovely busy and interesting atmosphere! Jacob is fantastic at listening to what you need, desire and can achieve with your hair. Includes a beautiful head massage with the wash whilst sitting in a heated massage chair. I would happily have sat in the massage chair for the full hr!
