Chloe was fantastic as usual, she listened carefully to what I wanted (which was vague at best, so a fair bit of investigating was needed on her part) she then made some suggestions regarding colour and explained exactly how that would achieve the effect we were after (white hair be gone!) We chatted about the cut I wanted & then set to work. She did an amazing job and I left the salon feeling great - YAY! :)
