I was lucky enough to get a last minute Style & Cut appointment with Cass due to a cancellation. I was after a nice cut for a job interview, but nothing too different to what I already had had. Cass listened to what I wanted, had a look at some pictures I had found on Instagram and gave great feedback and styling advice. She was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable and cared for. The end result was absolutely perfect. Best cut I have ever had and styled exactly the way I wanted it. The massage chair and hair treatment, plus gorgeous pot of tea and little chocolate just topped off the experience. Thanks Cass, I will certainly be coming back to Sfumato for more!

I popped in to have my haircut fine tuned, as yesterday (when I had my actual hair cut) it was difficult to tell how it would turn out when I styled it this morning. Wayne was a brilliant help, and fitted me in with Demelza (my regular hairdresser) after my work day finished. I didn't have to wait - Demelza spent time ensuring that my hair has the best chance to "sit right", and I'm so grateful for her time and effort. My curly hair can be tricky to tame at the best of times! Thanks Demelza & Wayne :) Oh, and there was no extra charge for the follow up visit, which was a relief.
