After Three months of Packing a house up and relocating to Tasmania I was way overdue for some TLC especially my wild hair. Arriving unannounced at Sfumato the beautiful receptionists was so helpful with my needs and booked me in with Jacob in an hour. How wonderful . Jacob was fantastic at asking the right questions and intuiting from my answers the way to go with my shock of thick coarse hair. So confident was I in him, that I just let him do what he thought would suit me and I was delighted with the result. Loved the whole experience except for the Music but then I am a little bit older than the staff.

Other hairdressers often cut too much off my hair and I end up hating my haircut for the first few weeks, but not with Matt - from my vague descriptions he creates something fabulous and never takes more off the length than we agree on.

Matt always does a fantastic job, kelli is great to when Matt not available. Probably only thing that would hesitate me recommending people is cost, but you generally get what you pay for, and can always guarantee getting a great haircut at sfumato.

Although I alway enjoy my experience with having my hair done at Sfumato (that is why I do recommend to friends & family) I do think $200 is expensive for a hair colour and cut. I would not be able to afford this if I still had a young family or were not still working.

Kasey is a gem. Shes so great in every way and has great advice, great skills and i always enjoy my time in the salon purely because of her coolness.
