I'm being picky, and it comes down to personal taste, but I only scored the environment at 9 because of the musical selection. I found the continual "doof doof" tiresome. I'm sure it's to the young people's taste but the odd variance would be nice. One nice piano piece came on but was quickly switched off in favour of more "doof doof". I loved the area used for washing hair. The subdued lighting and gently reclining chairs were very relaxing and the basins were the most comfortable I've ever experienced. The "proper" coffee machine was a wonderful surprise - well done to the person who came up with that idea. The presentation of the tea in a pot on a tray accompanied by an interestingly shaped spoon was a further surprise and the little chocolates were devine. Thanks for making me feel pampered, I will be back.
