Hi Sfumato! I hope this gets to you because I was planning on writing to you anyway, to thank you for the excellent experience I had at your salon yesterday. Jackie (sorry if I've misspelt) looked after me and she has done the best job on my hair colour that I've had in AGES. I've just moved down from the Gold Coast and I can tell you that the mainland can certainly learn a lot from you guys (and especially Jackie) about service, product and price. Jackie took the time to listen to what I wanted in my colour and cut, and the finished product was exactly what I had hoped for. It was so refreshing to have one person look after my entire service, after having visited salons where I've been carted from station to station by two or more people. I was very happy to just sit back, relax and read my book and Jackie really respected this, but was lovely and friendly when we did chat. I can't say enough good things about Jackie and the way she has done my hair. I will definitely be telling friends about your salon and I'll be back! Thank you!
