Her extensive knowledge and clear explanations make every appointment not just a service, but a wonderful experience. She has an incredible ability to read my cues and quickly assess how I’d like my time in the salon to flow, ensuring that my expectations are not just met but exceeded. Her caring and accommodating nature makes every visit feel personal, and her gentle soul shines through in her work. Managing and maintaining platinum blonde is no easy feat, but she handles it with such skill and ease; the results are always stunning! Even when she’s busy, she goes out of her way to ensure I’m comfortable, offering a coffee and attending to all my needs. What I admire most is how she takes the time to truly focus on each client, keeping herself updated with the latest industry trends and standards. The salon itself radiates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, always clean and inviting. I can’t recommend her highly enough!
