Just wanted to say an extra big thanks to Jacob - he always cuts my hair beautifully but this time round I went for a bigger chop that took a bit more courage. I had the confidence to do that because I know and trust Jacob's talent for listening and translating my ideas into something perfect for me. The result is revitalised hair and a revitalised me.
