Hi guys, I just wanted to pass on some feedback regarding the girl who blow dried my hair yesterday. Three times she burnt the back of my head, quite badly. I pulled away each time so I was surprised that she kept so close to my scalp given my reaction each time. She was friendly enough however I just thought you should know, she may need a bit more training to avoid it happening in the future. Very happy with Matt, he is an amazing hairdresser. Thank you Jo, you are so patient and kind when us customers change bookings, or try to squeeze in last minute appointments. Nothing ever seems to be a problem and I really appreciate that beaming smile and all-to-happy-to-help nature of Jo and all your staff. Demelza seems to be getting more in demand, will have to stop telling my friends how great she is. Love how professional and caring everyone is,Beth such energy, obviously a great owner, who trains his staff as if family. Thank you for letting myself be a client of a brilliant salon that cares about everyone including their staff.

I can't imagine that everyone can afford your services which is why I wouldn't refer you to family or friends. I have been treated excellently and have a hair style that is much more modern that my previous salon. I feel they have listened to me and given me a style that works with my lifestyle. They have asked the right questions!!! Impresive

The consistency of excellent service is always gratifying. Bree is an exceptional young woman and you should be very proud of her. She has terrific communication skills and is a proficient and talented stylist.
