Hi, I have been coming to Sfumato for around 8 and today (for the first time ever) I accidentally left my purse in the car. I was advised by staff that I had to leave something of value behind in order to leave the salon and grab my purse. I understand that people do the wrong thing at times but I think this directive is unfair to loyal customers and makes you feel like a thief!!! It does not promote a sense of valuing customers. I think the ill will such a request creates, overrides your potential loss of $120 (today). Normally I spend $200 plus every 6 -8 weeks!! Regards, Tracey
