I was very impressed with the service I received. After leaving the salon, I found I wasn't entirely happy with the cut, so I returned and Loretta promptly served me again and fixed it up wonderfully. It wasn't at all a bad cut the first time, but since I was a new customer of hers, she was hesitant to thin my hair out too much. I was made to feel extremely valued as a customer and Loretta didn't embarrass me or make me feel uncomfortable for returning. Overall I was extremely impressed with the whole serivce and the coffee was an excellent touch! Thankyou
