I have been getting Sam to cut my hair for a while now and she always does a great job and takes care to do what I want - not what she thinks I should have (which is what some hairdressers do) Bree is my colourist and she is also amazing - cannot fault the both of them. I rated value for money a 7 only because I can't believe how much it costs but that's life I guess! If I could make one suggestion - the basins! Those things are soooo uncomfortable! Makes it hard to enjoy a massage when your neck is breaking! Top marks to Bree and Sam and all the people who work there, I always feel very well looked after.
