For a "walk in" client another hairdresser may be tempted to wash her hair,dry it on the highest temperature & usher her out in the shortest possible time. However, that's not how Jati works. Her shampoo & head massage were so relaxing & the effort she put into my hair style was wonderful to behold. It's pretty stunning to walk out of a salon on a cloud of euphoria because your stylist put in the time and effort to make an old lady feel special. Thank you, Jati.
