I do think the hair washing head "massage' routine is something people value as "top service" in this rushed, expensive life, so not to underestimate how people (like myself) judge that. I have heard friends who go to other salons comment that that is their favourite thing about going to the hairdresser. I guess there is nowhere to feed-back about staff performance on that one and wonder what the "guidelines" to staff are about that.. My experiences have been as varied as the people who wash my hair, and I do think that is a little detail that can make a difference.
