After my hairdresser went on maternity leave at another salon a friend suggested I go to her new hairdresser, I dropped in, was greeted very pleasantly at reception & then a hairdresser addressed my queries around whether I could have hair bleached in readiness for summer. My hair had been coloured black approx. 5 weeks earlier & they proceeded to take a sample from fringe & top of head to do test to ascertain how well this would work & whether hair was strong enough to handle bleaching. I received a call back later in the day with all good to go, made booking for following week & the expert customer service, cut & colour given were of the highest quality. I am more than happy with services provided, and would highly recommend to my friends and work colleagues.
