I had foils by Kathy, hair cut and blow-dry by Paolo. I have been a regular for years. Paolo is from Milan, Italy he has worked with the likes of Giorgio Armani, Roberto Cavalli, Missoni, and so one... as you do when you're a talented hairdresser in Italy. As luck would have it, he fell in love with an Aussie girl and moved to Sydney some years ago. His skill set is excellent, as are the talented people who work with him. Kathy is a true professional, she is quick, thorough and consistent in her technique, which always delivers great colour ( I get 3 different colour foils). All the staff are excellent, I always feel welcome and there is no pretension here. I have no hesitation in recommending this salon, although you may need to book ahead.
