Comment
I requested an appointment with Paolo or Maria, knowing them to be the senior stylists. When I was told that they weren't available I was surprised to be allocated a considerably less experienced stylist, Frankie. While she is a very nice girl her lack of experience showed up in the resulting cut which I am not at all happy with.
