Paolo is perfect. The welcome and hair wash part of the service varies from poor to excellent depending on which member of staff. It has deteriorated noticeably over the last few visits.

My experience is quite nice. Atmosphere at the salon is quite pleasent, very european touch to it. Every one looked very busy( maybe Christmas may be Saturday) but it was good feeling.I love Paolos hair cut and I will be going to him as long as I can. His wife and Paolo are very nice couple,they doing great job and I wish them well. Kind regards, Lana

The backwards neck bend for the hair wash is really really uncomfortable, so a quick wash is appreciated. Perhaps asking if a client wants a head massage would be a good idea, because although a massage is ordinarily really nice, you can't enjoy it if you feel like your neck is breaking.

I think $397 for a cut colour and foils for short hair is a little bit expensive. Also, I felt as I was not a regular I didn’t receive the same attention.
