The therapist, was pleasant , however I found the therapist to be rough doing the wax. It actually hurt. Needs to be gentler. Never had a problem before.

Absolutely perfect, the most amazing treatments and emerged in relaxation whilst I had my lash tint, lash lift, and eye brow tint and sugar wax. I also had a bikini sugar wax last week, and it was done with dignity and less pain since my therapist was so divine. Highly recommend Chloe and the salon. 10/10.

I love the therapist I saw, the salon itself is tired and needs upkeep, for the prices charged the salon should be in better condition. If it werent for the therapist I see I would go somewhere cleaner, warmer and more modern
