I have only been in Torquay for 6years Soul Skin was my first beauty parlour before COVID I was happy when I looked in the mirror and saw the results of my facial but like most things after COVID things changed but I was upset when staff also changed My last appointment there was not the best very impatient staff Today Soul Skin is how it once was lovely staff fabulous service and I also looked fabulous when I left thank you Georgia

I love the therapist I saw, the salon itself is tired and needs upkeep, for the prices charged the salon should be in better condition. If it werent for the therapist I see I would go somewhere cleaner, warmer and more modern

My only criticism would be is I had a 1 1/2 Hour gif voucher but my treatment went for only 1 hour If I had paid for it I wouldn’t have been happy It was a very lovely gift

I thought the young lady who attended to me today was positive polite and skilled,even though she seemed a bit nervous. I wish her well and I would be happy to receive a treatment from her in the future. The booking system did not work well and could have caused dissatisfaction due to it automatically moving my appointment date which was easy to miss . I was thankful I was squeezed in . Thank you very much ladies
