I love the therapist I saw, the salon itself is tired and needs upkeep, for the prices charged the salon should be in better condition. If it werent for the therapist I see I would go somewhere cleaner, warmer and more modern

The service was good. I would love to pair a pedicure with the waxing. Also, the rooms need a complete clean, scrubbing floors, walls and equipment such as bins. The bathroom has sticky drips in the walls. It could probably do with a paint.

A mistake was made with my booking, although they were able to fix the problem with another appointment on the same day

My only criticism would be is I had a 1 1/2 Hour gif voucher but my treatment went for only 1 hour If I had paid for it I wouldn’t have been happy It was a very lovely gift

I thought the young lady who attended to me today was positive polite and skilled,even though she seemed a bit nervous. I wish her well and I would be happy to receive a treatment from her in the future. The booking system did not work well and could have caused dissatisfaction due to it automatically moving my appointment date which was easy to miss . I was thankful I was squeezed in . Thank you very much ladies

The therapist, was pleasant , however I found the therapist to be rough doing the wax. It actually hurt. Needs to be gentler. Never had a problem before.
