I really had the worst experience, the person waxing me couldn’t speak very good English, I thought I paid extra for sensitive wax yet I’m not sure that was used. The wax was quite hot when she applied it, the pain was excruciating, she re did areas multiple times and the skin was very sore. She didn’t even get all of the hair, I had wax left on my pubic area and felt very upset afterwards. I am strongly recommending to my friends never to visit one of your salons. If someone contacts me I would like a refund!

I had both my daughters have their ears pierced using the Sterilear System. The service was outstanding. Kayleigh took her time to make sure everything was aligned and in order. The staff made sure my daughters were relaxed and happy.

I was pretty disappointed with my experience, I went for brow wax and facial, the facial was nice however done first so when I was having my wax I felt the facial be ruined, my eyebrows were waxed without any question of how i like it done and my tops were waxed which i really don’t appreciate, i was then left with completely uneven eyebrows and i wasn’t given a mirror or any time to correct as my beautician had already walked to pay counter. i would have complained if i wasn’t on the verge of crying.

When I received my appointment confirmation and was informed that Uber were offering $10 off Uber trio to Karrinyup shopping centre. However this information is wrong so I ended up having to pay a two way Uber fare to attend this appointment. Please remove this from your generic emails.
