Wonderful experience with Sara this afternoon. Sara is quick to recognise my hair needs and she is a skilled cutter. She also seeks feedback to ensure that I leave happy and she engages in conversation very well. Overall, a wonderful experience. I have found my favourite cutter on the mountain! Great hire, HCL!
