Had a manicure and you now get your clients to lie down I don’t like this and would prefer to sit up across from someone with my hands on the table I find laying down is really uncomfortable and awkward the girl was very accommodating and I could have done this but from now on might go elsewhere for this. But I love my eyebrows.also the nail polish ran out and became very gluggy

It’s always a pleasure to visit your business. The girls ALWAYS make me feel extremely welcome and special. I’ve noticed the past few months a few new faces who are equally lovely. However at the same time I’ve felt that their waxing has not been quite as thorough as other operators. I find areas not as hair-free as other visits. A bit patchy. Perhaps l need to tell them next time. Love seeing your staff. Look forward to my next visit.

Had such a great experience! I had a lash and brow tint and the beautician followed my request perfectly. I had Summer from charstown as my beautician and loved her! She was so nice and friendly. I’m a harsh customer as I like my brow tint very natural. Summer kept the tint on for a great amount of time and the colour turned out exactly what I wanted. Overall so happy with Ella bache Charstown!
