I have been using Ella Bache for a couple of years and am satisfied with the services. This visit was booked in advance and I had requested appointment with a particular therapist or requested to not have a particular therapist. I was surprised to see on arrival that I was booked with the therapist I did not want. She’s perfectly fine it’s just she doesn’t suit me. Disappointed.
