I was given a gift voucher from my husband for a back massage and facial. Best present ever! Really enjoyed the massage -so relaxing. The facial was great leaving my skin feeling good. Would definitely recommend to others.

I was given a gift voucher for a facial for Mothers Day from my children. Best present ever! The facial was fantastic. My skin felt great and it was very relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary eye brow wax. Would definitely recommend Ella Bache to others.

Appointment was running 20min late which is fine. Went in at 10:50 I had brow wax first, then a 60min hot stone massage then a 30min full body exfoliation including a shower. I was dressed walking out at 12:07. 1hr + 30min + 10min is a total of 1hour and 40mins. Where did the other 23mins go? That was the only thing that I'm disappointed in. Tara was fantastic.

The therapist seemed more interested in keeping up small talk rather than doing a thorough job of my full leg wax. I don’t have dark hair but I have a number of patches of hair remaining after my wax (and are certainly long enough to be pulled out by the wax which makes me think they missed these patches). Years ago I always admired Ella Bache therapists for their attention to detail with waxes (I’ve had therapists use a pair of tweezers and a close up light just to make sure they got all the long ones). Very disappointed with this experience
