I have been using Ella Bache for about 10 years and feel that over time especially the last 18months. It has deteriorated. I had a lash tint and feel that the last few times has been rushed (they were running late to which I was kindly notified) leading to the tint not being left on very long and therefore not lasting very long. I have also noticed a difference in regards to previously 18months ago the beautician would offer to do a hand massage or head massage while waiting for the tint to be ready to take off. As a revisiting client I am have disappointed.

I have this treatment every year. It's the full body exfoliation, massage and facial package. This year things were a bit different. Instead of having my exfoliation and then rinsing of before my massage the two were combined. On the exfoliation the entire front of my legs and feet were missed. In regards to the massage there was very little time spent on the front of my legs. There was also no time spent on my hands except when she applied the scrub. In the past this experience usually takes 2 1/2 hours I was out of there in 2. For $390 I expect more.

I was disappointed that the facial I booked was for 75 minus yet I feel it was just a little over 60 mins. I went in 5 mins late, took another 5 mins to consult and get changed and then I came out 5 mins early. The therapist was a lovely young lady. The room was dark and warm with relaxing music. My skin felt amazing afterwards and I felt no pressure to purchase the products. Overall a lovely facial, just wish it had gone longer.

I was quite happy with my experience receiving an upper leg wax, however I was left with a 5cm strip on the very outside of each leg. I had a few other small patches or a few pieces of hair on my legs as well. I have quite fine light hair on my legs which means it can be difficult to grab with wax, I’m not too upset about the small patches but the large strips are quite visible. Apart from that, I’m quite happy with my experience as the wax was done professionally and the room was clean.

My facial was completed by Emma, who is lovely, but she was wearing gloves...so the experience was not what it usually is. I thought maybe it was a new practice, but my friend had a facial a few days later and no gloves
