My facial was completed by Emma, who is lovely, but she was wearing gloves...so the experience was not what it usually is. I thought maybe it was a new practice, but my friend had a facial a few days later and no gloves

Not the best facial I have ever had. I actually left thinking that was a very ordinary facial I just had. The beautician was a little rough which I did not find enjoyable. Too much time was spent on my arms and décolletage, rather than on my face, I chose to have a facial because I was concerned with my skin and breakouts.

Sadly there was noise/hammering coming from the adjoining shop or above which was distracting and made it difficult to totally relax. Otherwise a lovely experience!
