I had a different stylist and then another at the end. At first I didn’t mind, but then I saw the results of the colour. I understand that sometimes the final result doesn’t look like the picture, or that someone can regret a haircut when given what they want. However, my hair is patchy and not all of it is coloured like I asked. Only the top is coloured and the rest is my regular bleached blonde. The hairstylists were having trouble getting the right colour which I understand and it seemed the dye wasn’t taking to my hair. I didn’t ask or say anything when paying for the appointment as the salon was closing in an hour and I wanted to make sure I wasn’t wrong about what I asked for.

Received a braid for an event that was absolutely terrible. The braid wasn’t done well and then it was sprayed and caked with a lot of gel. Not sure I would return to the salon again.

I went in for GHD curls. The staff who greeted me were very friendly and offered me a cup of tea as my hairdresser was 30 mins behind schedule. This affected me as i had other appointments to meet in Mandurah before my evening out commenced. My hairdresser was not engaging as were the others in the salon. I could hear them talking whereas my hairdresser struggled to make conversation. I stressed that i was going out for the evening and needed my hair to last. The curls were poor quality and only lasted until 5pm - two hours BEFORE my event started. What a waste fo money for me! At one stage anohter hairdresser come over and said to haridresser 'that beeping on your cloud 9 styler is it going into standby mode' to which my stylist replied 'i wondered why the curls werent working'. I suspect my hair was done almost entirely in sleep mode. I'm really diappointed in the service and will probably never return to this salon again.

I was so looking forward to this appointment as I have heard such good feedback. The girl who did my hair was friendly however the quality of the services provided were extremely poor. I am not sure if this is a reflection of inexperience or just not wanting to be there. My hair was washed with freezing cold water and she kept hitting my head with the shower head. The cut I received was below average and unnoticeable. Again the girl was friendly just poor quality service. Undecided if I want to try again and see someone else.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the outcome of my hair this time, I asked for by blonde to be broken up and tonned down instead it’s grey/white at the top and if anything more blonde than before, perhaps there was a miss communication between me and the hairdresser, I’m unsure, but overall I’ve been left very disappointed which is a shame as I’ve always been happy with enlightened before this. As I didn’t pay for a blow dry I didn’t see the exact colour until I’ve returned home and dried it, this meant I wasn’t able to discuss the colour with the hairdresser who did my hair.
