I always am very pleased with the results & treatment I receive from Georgy. She is trully wonderful & extremely knowledgable with her craft. The only negative thing I have is with one of your ladies. I don't know her name, haven't seen her before in the salon. My peeve is with her referring to me as "sweetheart or dealing" I don't appreciate it as I am not a child or elderly person. I really don't think it is an appropriate term to use in a business!!!!!

The only thing that could be improved would be maybe offered a coffee or water, very friendly and attentive staff, happy with my haircut on both occasions

Always very friendly and welcoming at this salon. Often receive compliments about how great my hair looks. George is an excellent stylist. The only thing I think could be done better is the head massages. Nice coffee as well.

I booked in with a certain hairdresser and when I arrived someone else just came over and started doing my hair. Didn't explain why I wasn't getting the person I booked it and didn't interduce herself She was OK in the end but I would have rathered getting who I booked in with

When a quote is given this should include all costs unless advised of additional expense. I was quoted $177.50 originally for foils, colour, cut wash and blow wave, then paid a deposit of $44.25. Upon arrival I was requoted $168.95 and thought great the balance owing would only be $124.70. However my balance to pay was $229.43? So the total paid including the deposit was actually $273.68? Albeit I purchased product, I was informed at the time of payment that the toner cost is on top. So as a suggestion, please let us know the BALANCE to pay upon arrival. I did not anticipate I would be there for four hours but I am happy with the result and commend both the lovely young lady that coloured my hair and Amanda for her advice and the cut. This is why I have booked for another appointment and have recommended your salon to others.

A little dye left on my head that wasn't cleaned off, only reason I rated lower on quality other than that really good place to go. I especially like that you are sustainable and your products are mostly cruelty free which is a major tuck for me Thanks
