It would have been nice if I had been asked how I liked to wear my hair, I asked for abou 3 cm off and my layered cut has now become a bob.... I don't mind the change but would have liked to have been consulted first. I actually said I like to leave my hair wet with mousse... Not the standard way to treat a bob so I was a bit surprised with the outcome.

The service is always very good value for money. The staff are friendly and I received a complementary treatment because of the wait time. However not a fan of the wait times (understandable today as they were short staffed) but I also experienced a half an hour wait from arriving and being seated to being actually seen on my last appointment. Also prefer to have one hairdresser looking after me for a quick colour and trim not three but again, short staffed. Will definitely come again as I am happy with service just a little honest friendly feedback for you, thanks!

I paid the $50 deposit online to book and dropped my daughter off to have a 1/4 head foils package for long hair. It was advertised as $198 for cut, blow dry and 1/4 head foil for long hair and $40 extra for toner, which felt pricey but I know they do a good job. I was shocked when my daughter was charged $235 at the til, on top of the $50 deposit already paid. So it was $285 in total. I feel like they took advantage of a teenage girl. Hopefully the salon rectifies this with us.

I was disappointed to find after paying for a full style I was walking around all day with a big patch of hair dye in my upper ear that wasn’t washed off. Quite embarrassing and lack of attention to detail.
