Overall enjoyable experience and happy with results. My hairdresser was lovely and friendly. The only things I would pick on was that the staff seemed very under the pump (my hairdressers next client arrived when she still had 15-20 minutes left of putting foils in my hair) and that when other staff needed to action something during my appointment (applying a toner/conditioner) they didn't really acknowledge me at all or let me know what they were doing, just started touching my hair with no words/introduction which felt a little weird and rude.

My favourite hair salon, the staff are all so friendly and professional and they do such a beautiful job of my hair. Can’t recommend them enough
