My long healthy hair was completely butchered😭 I put my trust in to what I thought was a professional hairdresser. Full head of foils and my hair is snapping/melting off. My scalp was hot from the bleach I imagine. I asked for a root stretch(main goal was to cover my greys for my interview) and full head foils. She said she would take the foils to the scalp because it would look better! Well, I think it was so she could burn my scalp! Ouch. She didn’t even brush my hair at the end of my hair service. Now I know why!!! She didn’t want to be confronted with all my hair falling/snapping/breaking off as she brushed it!! I actually have a headache from today’s hair appointment 😠If you don’t have a passion for the industry, then stop working please. Mad, disappointed, shocked, hurt, sore client

I was really upset with the service here. I have been here 3 times before and each time I haven't walked out with the hair I asked for, which is frustrating considering the prices I've had to pay. The first time I came in July. I asked for chocolate brown. I walked out with very light brown hair, that looked almost blonde on my dark complexion. The second time, I again, asked for chocolate brown. Walked out with almost black hair, that only looked brown in direct sunlight. Luckly, after 3 months it lightened to the colour I wanted. Chocolate brown. I came in on Wednesday last week asking NOT to change the colour, just to touch up the colour and add some more highlights at the front. To which Libby seemed to understand, agreeing the current colour suited me, but then processed to completely change the colour? I left the salon with blonde. I have no idea where I gave the indication I wanted to lighten my hair, but Libby did not seem to be apologetic at all. The first two times I gave the salon a benefit of the doubt and stuck with the hair colour I was given and chose not to write a review to be nice and understanding. However three times in a row is not okay. I'm struggling to understand how after 3 appointments my hair still doesn't look how I wanted it to. Now I'm having to pay extra to fix my hair. I left the salon in tears that day, and I'm not one to ever complain about a service or even right a bad review, but I was really not happy at all. Ideally I would like my money back, however I know that's a lot to ask for.
