I booked a root colour and tape in extensions, I was greeted by the staff at the front desk beautifully as usual. I was then greeted by the stylists who was soo rude asked me if I was having an all over colour to which I replied juts my roots thank you. She then said show me your extensions to which she replied they are the wrong colour I have had the same colour extensions for over 5 years. She then sent someone else to put on my root colour which was plastered all over my ears and face and neck. No one came near me for over an hour. I had to grab someone as it was starting to burn. I was then taken by the owner to clean me up …. I am not sure after treatment I will be back

I was very disappointed the stylist i online booked with was not aware of the service chosen prior to seating me. I have a multi layered style and my trim was the bare minimum lowest strands only which would mean my style wasn't maintained. I had to refuse to leave and ask for the rest of my layers to be trimmed. I was so uncomfortable I just left, and rang as soon as I got out the door. I was overcharged by a small amount for my service. Not certain how that could happen. Reluctant to return for a re-do. Have to find extra time to get there. Disappointed.

I have been here a few times but today was u professional. I was at the basin for app 40 minutes which is not comfortable. I didn't get the colour I asked for - which I have had done their before. I was offered a retone but I had already been there for over 3 hours. I only got a quick blow dry, no styling, no cut, and it cost me more than my previous visit. I can't say that I was a satisfied customer today.

Hairdresser was not very friendly, or welcoming. It seemed as if she did not want to be there. Whilst i was satisfied with the cut, there was no smile or friendly service. Don't think i'll be back.

There were no colour wipes available, so I was left with black hair dye all around my hair line and some even got onto my face. I asked for a V cut, and they cut my hair straight across. My chair was wobbly that I sat in, hair bassin was frozen cold or boiling hot, there was no temperature control. Disappointed. Would not go to again. Way overpriced and very poor service.
