I arrived on time and sat there for 30 mins before anyone attended to me. I was almost ready to go back to the counter and ask if I had been forgotten.. I specifically booked in with a certain hairdresser who was recommended to me and waited weeks for this appointment as she was quite booked out. She was lovely but she just put the colour on my roots and never touched my hair again. An apprentice put the colour through the ends and washed my hair then the original hairdresser told me someone else would blowdry it then she would be back to cut it shortly but I never saw her again. The hairdresser who blowdried it asked if they could cut it and I felt as though I was put in the spot and couldn’t say no. Not overly impressed with the customer service but I am happy with the colour I got and the price I paid.
