Every staff member I’ve I interacted with have been sweet and understanding of my skin issues that impact my scalp, treated me like a normal customer and taken care of me with drinks etc. I’m not the most normal client and they are so welcoming and understanding and we can talk about our pets or anything and I least feel so welcome and it’s been years. Your in good hands here

Leanne consistently styles my hair as I like. She listens and then confidently goes on with her job. Lovely lady, kind, professional and understanding of my needs in relation to my hai. Was nice to not have loud music in the background too.

I paid the $50 deposit online to book and dropped my daughter off to have a 1/4 head foils package for long hair. It was advertised as $198 for cut, blow dry and 1/4 head foil for long hair and $40 extra for toner, which felt pricey but I know they do a good job. I was shocked when my daughter was charged $235 at the til, on top of the $50 deposit already paid. So it was $285 in total. I feel like they took advantage of a teenage girl. Hopefully the salon rectifies this with us.
