I went in not sure of what I really wanted but I knew I wanted to get rid of the light in my hair. My hairdresser was INCREDIBLE, she absolutely nailed the brief and I honestly couldn’t be happier with her work. I will never go anywhere else again!

I was unhappy that the hairdresser asked if my hair needed washing and I said no I guess not but then I was charged the same price. I would definitely have had my hair washed if I’d known the price would be the same.

I booked a root colour and tape in extensions, I was greeted by the staff at the front desk beautifully as usual. I was then greeted by the stylists who was soo rude asked me if I was having an all over colour to which I replied juts my roots thank you. She then said show me your extensions to which she replied they are the wrong colour I have had the same colour extensions for over 5 years. She then sent someone else to put on my root colour which was plastered all over my ears and face and neck. No one came near me for over an hour. I had to grab someone as it was starting to burn. I was then taken by the owner to clean me up …. I am not sure after treatment I will be back
