I have been using the services and products of Ella Bache (Townsville) for a few months now. In that time, I have had two different therapists. On 15 February 2025 I had a facial with Candice who provided exceptional service and advice. Sadly, she left the Company and for my next appointment on 22 February 2025 I had a facial and massage with Jayne. Jayne's expertise was exceptional along with her knowledge of the Ella Bache beauty products. The only negative on that day, and by no means a reflection on Jayne, was the massage table. The massage table was narrow and uncomfortable, my arms had nowhere to rest during the massage. Due to this factor, for the next few days I had very sore arms from the strain of trying to keep them close to my body and on the narrow bed for the duration of the massage. Jayne assured me on the day that she had advised the owners of this issue and was hoping for a replacement massage table on my next visit. My next appointment for both a massage and facial was yesterday 29 March 2025. Again Jayne's expertise was excellent and level of service amazing. As the massage table still hadn't been replaced, she used another therapists (Mikaela's) massage table this time, still uncomfortable but slightly wider which helped a little. My suggestion to the owner/s is simply, replace your massage tables. You are letting your customers, therapists and business down by not having the right equipment to keep up to the level of service that is provided by your staff and paid by your customers, and ultimately detracting from the Ella Bache name and brand. This is provided as constructive criticism only and by no way a reflection on the level of service I have experienced by your wonderful team.
