I really loved the gentleman that coloured my hair and very happy with the result. I believe it was Renee who cut my hair and she was lovely as well. My only negative feedback was when I walked in and started explaining that I would like highlights/foils and a trim and another gentleman spoke up and said "It wasn't booked for a cut!!" So my instant feeling of being in the salon was negative and that I was an inconvenience, even though there was time for a cut and it all worked out fine. So his tone and the look he gave me certainly wasn't appreciated, but from then on the experience was great.
