It's been a long time since I went to a salon where the hairdresser actually assessed my hair, worked to understand the way my hair works, gave constructive and helpful advice and cut in a way that sculptured my hair rather than hack it. The colour advice was also spot on and it has come out very well. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Having lived in Melbourne the past 3 years I have not trusted anyone with my hair. After the desire for a new style I had in mind I trusted Michelle at Zigbi with my hair and was not disapointed! Michelle was a great stylist and gave me the cut and colour I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the cut and the service. I was offered a coffee and got a great head massage with the hair wash. It was a very enjoyable afternoon. I will definitely be going back.

as always the service was exceptional. I hadn't been for a haircut for over a year because I thought I wanted to have long hair again. The hair was long and now I have my beautiful short cut back. Nothing short of an amazing talent and skill to make this transformation. Thanks a million Michael

Unfortunately a girl who wanted a simple hair cut changed her mind and required a whole change of style. This left me waiting twenty minutes in the middle of my treatment . This is very unusual for this to happen at Zigbi but this is what happened at my last visit.

I had a wonderful experience at the salon today. Eliza washed my hair and massaged my scalp, so nice to be pampered. Michael gave me excellent advice, and did an expert job. He is a good communicator, which is part of his overall expertise. The whole salon experience was professional and pleasant. I will be back and would highly recommend this salon.
