A little gem of a salon. Over the past few years, after trying many salons around Melbourne, I have only been going back to Zigbi and I have cut my hair with two of their hairdressers, both have been very lovely and professional. I don't particularly have easy hair so I have really appreciated their skills and attention to details. It's so nice to be offered a drink or a cup of tea on arrival, specially that sometimes an appointment can take a few hours. I find that fewer people make the effort to provide such customer service these days and the head massage during the wash is always my favourite! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for consistent and professional service.

i booked online and the confirmation email confirmed 10 pm instead of 12pm

When first recommended to try Zigbi I thought “it’s a bit far from home but I’ll give it a go”. Now on my 4th visit and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They know hair!!
