I consulted Carla @ Quest East Melbourne and she personally recommended Zigbi out of the 3 salons in the hotel compendium. Hilton, my colourist, was v generous in allocating more time to me than what I had booked in order to complete the dark violet base with blue and orang e foils + 2 conditioning treatments. He did an excellent job, particularly since I was a 1st time client and my fine hair does not always absorb colours as expected. He also gave me a classic jazz singer cut without me having to explain that this is one of my favourite looks. The salon is elegant and luxurious while also retaining a serene, artistic ambience - no small feat in a buzzing hair salon). I found staff members to be professional and courteous, discreetly and efficiently managed by Michael. Would certainly seek an appointment again if staying in East Melbourne. Highly recommended.
