hello, I promised to review my experience as soon as I received this email, I am a little late but life got in the way. I can not say enough about how truly wonderful my experience at this salon was. I had been given a gift voucher for a facial and a 30 minute massage, I upgraded my massage to one hour. I have had many massages and facials over the years but this one was most certainly one of the best I have ever had. The young lady, Porscha, had magical hands :) She was also polite, friendly and gave me a wonderful facial. Other staff members I spoke with there went out of there way to help me (I had a problem with the gift voucher and where it was for), they were so helpful and gracious. When I next visit this salon I will request Porscha for any treatment I having. I would, once again, offer many thanks to her and to all the staff at Ella Bache, Carindale, for giving me a great experience on my first day of retirement. THANKYOU!
