Everyone working there at the time of my appointment were genuinely so lovely and sweet. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the lady who looked after me for my appointment but she was so sweet and always checked to make sure that I was comfortable and nothing was burning or irritating my eyes. Loved every second of it. :)
